Procurement and Sales Processes
Procurement activities are conducted based on transparent and objective criteria. We work directly with suppliers who carry financial and legal responsibility. In exceptional cases, intermediary institutions may be involved with the approval of the Board of Directors. During procurement negotiations, the inclusion of a third party is required for accountability.

Training
We provide regular training to raise awareness among our employees on ethical principles and anti-corruption policies.

Confidentiality and Trade Secrets
We use company-provided confidential information strictly for business purposes and commit not to disclose such information after employment termination. Trade secrets cannot be shared externally without the written consent of Company Management.
